I’m Not Lazy! Really, I’m not! (Much.)
I have not been posting this month because. . . well, I have been having lots of stuff happen. Such as a broken car. So, I've been walking and not on the phone in case someone needs to call. (Also I've sort of been hoping for family to call us and say things like "Happy Holidays! How have you been, these last six months, since we last spoke!")
I have been trying to write a content thingy for my site and have been superiorly and wildly unsuccessful. (I have the feeling I just misspelled three words and no I'm not going to spell check. Eh!)
I have been severely depressed about family relationships that have been neglected (equally) by myself and others. I feel guilty. I hope they feel guilty, also. (It doesn't help us communicate, but I'd feel better knowing I wasn't the only one suffering.)
I am in the middle of a small drama which I will not even have a hint of the conclusion of for the next four days. (Those of you who read this blog regularly may actually be able to guess what the drama is. If you do guess, e-mail, don't comment. A couple hundred people are checking out this site again and if any of those people actually know me, I'd hate for word to circulate. Ehem!) The details are a bit bizarre and well worth the read if the conclusion is what it might be. (Otherwise, I'll have to explain the weird reasons for whatever. If that makes any sense.)
I . . . have run out of excuses. I have decided to start on January the first of 2007 a photo a day thing, both here and at tracelore (my handle over at flickr -- just search for tracelore -- I haven't bothered to do a full address set up over there, besides searching tracelore only takes, what, twelve seconds at the most). [Never did the photo a day thing. Still planning it, especially since I got a pretty good Olympus digital camera the other day, but still nothing concrete.]
Okay. That last paragraph was horribly badly written and I apologize. I am, however, not going to fix it. I'm too lazy. (Which is probably, after all, the main reason I haven't blogged this month.)
About L. (for those of you who e-mailed) she got worried about losing her job and decided not to blog again for a while. She promises to comment every once and again. But she'll probably chicken out on that, too. [She sort of did and I was required to remove the post she did do, a long time later.]
That's absolutely right. There isn't anyone around but us chickens. Bawk!
There! A new entry! That's two, two this month. Yeah!
By the way. . .
Happy Hanukah (however you spell it) and Merry Christmas.
Also . . .
Joyful Solstice and Happy Kwanza.
Whatever it is that everybody celebrates to help them realize that there is at least another three months of the sun setting before 5:30, I hope you all have happy ones. Peace and joy and all that jazz.

For some who might be reading this: The family I am speaking of is my side of the family, not the Taylor side. The Taylor side keeps in touch very well. Just to let you know. If you wind up reading this, you know who you are. Ehem.
